Do we look Iowan yet?
Last night we had a family outing to Geyser Farms with Josh's DPM class. It had a great corn maze, hay rides, bonfires, and other outdoorsy things to do. Liberty was sooooo good. We were a little surprised. But she seems to like going out and about. She loves going for walks in her jogger and now we've found that she likes this pack thing that Josh is carrying her in.
I was able to meet a few more of Josh's friends from school and we made a few more. We met this couple that had gone to BYU-I as well, and we had some other friend connections with them. BYU makes this world a little smaller. :) Everyone seemed to be drawn to Libby. Goo-Goo Gah-Gah probably describes them a little better. They all thought she was adorable and didn't mind that she was tagging along with us.
This is us on the hay ride, taken by Josh! He seems to always do a good job getting us all in, even with one more.
Here is a picture of the map of the corn maze. It was an amazing thing. Especially how they create it. The farmer does it all before they plant the corn. And then continue to weed it to keep it clean and ready for September and October. We had to find all the numbers on the map and stamp them and if you do you got a treat. Our group was able to do it!
