Maine

We took a final vacation to Maine before our move.  We went with our friends the Stilsons and had such a great time seeing the beautiful scenery and eating yummy seafood.  Our first night we checked in to our hotel and went to eat at the Maine Diner which was featured in Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.  We had some good lobster mac n cheese, lobster pie, and seafood chowder.
The next morning we took a walk on a beautiful coastal path and ended in Perkins Cove where all the lobster boats dock.

We took a trolley ride back into town and ran into more friends the Goodins, from Kingston.
We spent the day at Ogunquit beach and it was such a beautiful day.  So perfect for building sand castles, playing kickball when the tide went out, collecting lot of shells and soaking up the sunshine.

The lobster guys were so kind to the kids, they let them check out the lobsters up close.
