Conference weekend & Easter

Libby all dressed up for general conference.  She's getting so grown up and beautiful.  We might have to lock her in a tower soon.  :)
Libby really "enjoyed" conference, because she had a task to do during.  When one of the first presidency spoke or an apostle she would glue their little picture onto another sheet of paper with all the seats on it.  She's really good at recognizing each one and their names when they spoke.  She was able to match their names on the little picture to the name on the seat too.
Because we live in NY conference is at 12 and 4, so Kennedi was asleep most of each session.  Josh and I really enjoyed conference.  I'm speaking on Sunday and have to decide on one of the talks from conference to base my talk on.

Girls being girls.  They were being so cute together and I tried to catch them on camera.  That's been a hard task lately because neither of them hold still or look at me when they need to.
Kennedi really loves her baby.  Especially as of late.  She takes her baby everywhere.  She is very good at leaving it in the car though when we go shopping.
Picked out a book to read to her.
Whatever Kennedi is doing Libby has to do...and vice versa. :)
Our primary put on an Easter egg hunt a couple days before Easter.  Libby helped me make these pink strawberry spring cupcakes.  She loves to bake and have her little fingers in everything.
Dad got home just in time to join Libby on the porch to eat cupcakes.
Libby would wear a dress everyday if I let her, I just can't when it's so cold.  Luckily it was a nice day when we went to the Easter egg hunt.  The girls looked very "spring" like.
Sorry this isn't up right...Libby loves to color.  It's an everyday and almost all day thing at our house.  She enjoyed coloring her little chick and writing her name on it for the pin the chick in the nest game at the primary activity.
Kennedi will color for 2 seconds then she's either up and about her sits in her chair quietly and watches everything going on.
 She did pretty good!
Kennedi was all about the chocolate.  She usually devours grapes and strawberries, but chocolate was on her mind way too much I think.
Kennedi is picking out the chocolate eggs from the chex mix.
We colored eggs on Saturday.  Libby had so much fun...
 Josh's new shirt...he loves it!
Kennedi enjoyed watching us.  She's so good like that.
She did get a hold of one of the cracked eggs and broke it opened.  She was excited and weirded out at the same time.  I think she was expecting jelly beans or something.
Girls ready for Easter Sunday.  Their dresses are from grandma and grandpa T., all the way from Hawaii.  I love them!
The girls came down stairs to find that the Easter bunny hid a bunch of eggs and left them a new train track and trains.  They were so fun to watch hunt for eggs.
Kennedi was especially good at finding the good eggs.  She shook every egg to make sure it had something in it.  When she came upon the hard boiled eggs, she'd toss those because they made no noise.  What a smarty?  She was really fast at shoving as many jelly beans and chocolate's into her mouth before we could stop her.  She thought it was a free for all.  :)
 All their goodies.
It was a beautiful day here in New York on Easter.  We spent a little time outside before we headed to our friends the Summers for a yummy lamb Easter dinner.
Playing hard with her buddy Jack after dinner.
The kids took turns pulling each other around in this little wagon.  Kennedi looks so chill the whole time.
