Josh "carving" the turkey, he pretty much pulled it apart with his fingers, that's how good it was. :)
Libby posing for her Thanksgiving picture. Already spilled and we haven't eaten yet.
Kennedi does not pose very often...Libby is trying to help her.Kennedi tends to be extra silly when I would like her to be serious.
Our feast!
I am so grateful for my wonderful family. My husband is the best...literally! Our girls are so beautiful and bring so much joy to our lives.
Onto my progressing baking skills.
The past couple of months I have been really into baking with pumpkin and have tried a few fun recipes.
This is pumpkin bread with cream cheese mix swirl. YUM!
This is pumpkin frozen yogurt. So easy, and I always have the ingredients on hand to make this in my ice cream maker. Not really baking, but still something new. It was quite good and different.
These are the desserts from Thanksgiving. Pumpkin roll is one of my favorites that my mom always made growing up. She usually made 5-6 at a time because of how easy, yet messy they are to make. I made this ice box key lime pie...good, but too tart for some and of course Razzleberry pie for Josh (not homemade).
Pumpkin donuts. Yeah I made donuts. Never even thought to attempt making donuts, but these sounded good and easy to make. Both true. Yet another messy clean up. I had to improvise on the cutting out process, that was the hardest part. I used a big cup and then a lid from a spice container for the donut hole. Libby would eat all of these if I let her.
I also found a delicious recipe for pumpkin cookies with a caramel frosting. I made them last week and they were gone lickity split. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of my own, but this is what they looked like (picture from website I got the recipe from). They were sooooo good! (especially the frosting)

That is awesome you are baking so much. I would love to get into that more. Well, with the holidays here and all. Everything looks yummy! But I've had my fair share of sweets this month and I need to cut back... starting Jan 1!
